Alison has a real passion for
helping individuals and businesses achieve their
full potential. Working mainly with small to
medium size companies since starting her own
business in 2003, she has found her blend of
strategic and commercial awareness and people
skills have been invaluable in helping them
achieve success.
She spends a significant part of her time
working with people as a coach or trainer to
ensure they are operating at their best, either
through one to one interventions or in a team
environment and has invested in her own personal
development to ensure her 'toolkit' remains
relevant and appropriate.
She has a diploma in Strategic Business Coaching
awarded by the Chartered Management Institute,
and is also a certified Master Practitioner of
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), NLP Master
Coach and accredited to deliver the Thomas
International Personality Profile and Emotional
Intelligence Analysis tools.
With a background in the IT industry, where from
a technical background Alison moved into project
management, pre-sales and training, she is also
ideally placed to assist her clients in
selecting and implementing the most effective
computer solution for their business, having
helped over 20 companies improve their use of IT
in recent years
