Comments: |
Diane’s career path has taken her through a broad
range of experiences both the private and public
sector. This has given her an invaluable
understanding of how organisations work and how
individuals interact with the organisation and each
other. It has also given her the clarity around what
Managers in large public organisations like the NHS
need to do to ensure their service remains viable
and the importance always of understanding the
bigger picture. This makes it easier for her to
bring a fresh perspective and lateral thinking to
her client relationships. Adopting a very practical,
logical approach allows her to engage quickly with
individuals and teams in client organisations.
Diane is passionate about ‘giving something back’.
She is a Volunteer Mentor for ailing businesses and
she is an avid fundraiser for third world causes. |
