Career Background: |
Jane has a unique experience of companies across the
life cycle of a business from start-ups, small
family businesses, to global corporates at strategic
and operational levels. Her career began in
manufacturing where she was both a Production
Supervisor and Materials Manager in a biomedical and
computer companies. After pursuing an MBA at
Harvard, she worked in larger corporations and in
consultancy. She has helped corporate clients (eg.
IBM, Ford, AXA) in addition to small businesses,
increase productivity, reduce costs, improve quality
and customer satisfaction. Jane has worked for many
years in the USA, including various
sales/marketing/strategy roles with Xerox, as well
working across Europe as a management consultant.
She retains strong links with the USA.
