Career Background:

Kevin’s recent history has been at director level for a PLC subsidiary in the Banking industry for the past 10 years specialising in extending loan facilities and associated products to the consumer market. Kevin’s high level focus on profitability through process and people has been the bedrock of his success.

Responsible for remote sales teams to an annual budget of over £500 million and  management of all related functions; Debt Recovery, HR, Change Management, Culture changes, Employee Engagement and the strategic direction of the business.

Kevin has wide experience in leading Call Centre operations, moving a dual site to single site operation and developing a Service centre start-up embracing lean thinking.

 

He has used his skills to successfully to direct, manage ,lead and develop major strategic changes in many operations, being achieved through highly motivated, well coached teams
 

Kevin’s early career was with a well known pharmaceutical retailer covering a wide range of junior/middle management functions.
