Phil is an experienced change orientated
operational manager, with specific knowledge and
expertise in applying ‘lean’ principals
across a range of different industry sectors.
These include printing and
distribution, logistics, education,
automotive, engineering and garment
production and a particular understanding of
the customer demands in the retail
sector. His strengths are in analysing
problems, agreeing a plan and then
leading people through the change process.
His LEAN learning was by Toyota, as a supplier,
with hands on experience of TPS. His
international experience includes establishing a
logistics platform in Belgium, for receiving
goods from the Far East for consumption in
Germany and the UK.
