A strong education, training and development
background with the experience to carry out a
training needs analysis and to develop and deliver
training materials.
Experience in developing and running recruitment and
selection processes.
Training in the development and facilitation of team
events to develop new teams or energize ‘old’ teams.
Coaching and/or mentoring for employees at all
levels.
Support to develop and implement a Corporate Social
Responsibility strategy with processes that enable
employees to engage with the community in a safe
manner, in a way that supports professional
development and which makes a tangible different to
the motivate of staff.
