management experience, and is innovative and
practical. Specialisms are business strategy and
change management, having designed, implemented and
managed major change and business improvement
projects in a corporate environment over several
years. First began her career in Information
Technology, in central government then moving into
the private sector. Experienced in business analysis
and systems design, development and implementation
and is experienced and qualified in Project
Management and Programme Management. |

Throughout her career, worked in a wide range of high pressure,
rapidly changing environments including defence,
financial services, telecoms, software
engineering, travel, insurance, healthcare,
local and central government.

Qualifications: |
Holds a BSc (Hons) from University College London, an MBA from
Cranfield School of Management and a Diploma in
Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
She is a Member of the Association for Project
Management, a PRINCE II Practitioner and a Programme
Management Practitioner. Fellow of the Chartered
Management Institute and
a High Growth Coach for the High Growth East
Midlands Programme. Sarah also holds Diplomas in
Personal and Business Coaching, and is an NLP
Practitioner. |
