Career Background: |
Simon has extensive experience of managing SMEs
at the highest level which provides him with a
key skill to understand issues quickly and then
assist an organisation to develop strategies to
unblock the process and move forward. He has
been working since 2001 as a consultant
specialising in strategic change in
organisations and has worked with hundreds of
organisations in that capacity.
Simon also has extensive experience working with
most sectors (including voluntary and social
enterprise) in start-ups, business planning,
strategic change, performance improvement, and
feasibility studies as a consultant and coach
and mentor.
Simon works as a coach and mentor for NBV, High
Growth East Midlands, East Midlands School for
Social Enterprise, MAS EM, MAS Yorkshire and Humber,
Business Link as well as for his own private
clients. He is also an EMDA Business Champion. |

Simon has over 30 year’s business experience.
He has extensive knowledge of business
development, strategy and growth and has spent
the last 8 years advising companies,
specifically at CEO/Board level, on a wide range
of matters. He has an MD level background in an
international plc and has personal experience of
