Career Background: |
3 years in chartered accountancy followed by 20
years in industry across several sectors,
predominantly manufacturing and technical services.
I have held Board positions at Finance, Operations,
and Managing director levels, and have worked for
some notable companies including Hillsdown Holdings
Plc, Ellis & Everard Plc and Hibernia Foods Plc.
I have been actively involved in company
restructuring, refinancing and
acquisitions/disposals.
Between 2002 and 2006 I owned and ran a £4.5m t/o
chemical manufacturing company, following a
successful MBO, and now provide support and
mentoring for business start-ups and established
SME’s in the North East of England |
