Vic is a sales and marketing professional who
specialises in market research, market analysis, the
development of strategic and marketing plans and the
implementation of those plans to grow sales.
Customer surveys and market research ensure the most
profitable market segments are targeted (both
domestic and export) and using these, Vic focuses on
developing existing customers and establishing new
ones.
Vic is also a Chartered Engineer who implements
change through process optimisation and lean
thinking. He improves office and factory procedures
by identifying and solving problems, reducing waste
and developing new systems to enhance productivity
and performance. |
Career Background: |
Before starting his own market research and business development
company, Vic had various international sales and
marketing roles within three SME’s. He has developed
and implemented plans to sell million dollar capital
equipment through to small bespoke engineering
products in the UK, Europe, US and the Far East.
Most recently, when responsible for worldwide sales,
he researched and quantified new market segments to
target and consequently doubled the forward order
book within 10 months.
Vic has also implemented lean reviews to improve
productivity and undertaken surveys, commissioning
and optimisation of factories in the UK, Europe, US,
Mexico, Brazil, Africa, Thailand, Japan and Fiji. |
