'Understanding Financial Management'
 
Financial Management is one of several vital elements of managing operations; but we do not have to be financial experts or qualified accountants to understand and use financial management tools. 

The course will provide an intensive practical look at basic financial organisational issues, the financial recording of transactions and activities, and provide an understanding of issues around the preparation and interpretation of financial statements and reports. 

The objective is to enable participants to develop understanding of the practical financial concepts and techniques used in financial management so that they can make informed and positive contribution to decision making on financial policy and issues in their organisation.
