Career Background: |
A background in management
accounting, culminating in 13 years as either Financial
Director or Divisional Finance Director for companies
from start up to £85m turnover. However, increasingly
non-financial duties have always been sought, including
taking responsibility for warehousing, transport,
production planning, purchasing, and sales and production
administration. These culminated in “roving”
roles as Divisional Director and Commercial Director,
before I decided that a number of part time mentoring
and management guidance opportunities were giving
me more personal satisfaction. |

Comments: |
I now look upon my
role as being what every small business MD really
wants – a friend with all the right answers
(provided either personally or through my association
with specialists from MCCR and the Institute for
Independent Business) - to help you meet those challenges
that stop you from enjoying the rewards you deserve
out of your business. |
